Still Here does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you write stays on your device.
Journal entries, wave check-ins, difficult dates, and saved images are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. No one else can access this data.
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data syncs privately through your own iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This sync happens directly between your devices and is not accessible to the developer.
iCloud sync is off by default and must be explicitly enabled in settings.
Still Here contains no analytics SDKs, no tracking code, and no third-party libraries of any kind. Nothing about how you use the app is recorded or sent anywhere.
If you add images to your board, they are accessed only to save a copy locally on your device. Images are never uploaded or shared.
If you record a voice memo, the audio is saved locally on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. No payment information is processed or stored by the app.
