Most freelancers either rely on clunky desktop software, plain email invoices, or expensive SaaS subscriptions. There was no native iOS app that combined fast invoice creation, client management, tax handling, and PDF export in a single, polished interface.
Built entirely in Swift and SwiftUI, the app uses Apple's PDFKit to generate multi-page professional invoices on-device — no server required. Core Data handles persistent client profiles and invoice history, keeping everything local and private.
The invoice workflow is designed for speed: pick a client, add line items, set tax rate and currency, and generate a share-ready PDF in under a minute. A financial dashboard aggregates totals across Draft, Sent, Paid, and Overdue invoices for at-a-glance cash flow visibility.
The app covers the complete freelancer invoicing workflow — from creating a client profile to generating a PDF invoice and tracking payment status. No subscriptions, no data sent to external servers. Deployed on the App Store with full iPad support.
