Restoring Pro access
If you've already subscribed or purchased the lifetime upgrade and Pro isn't showing as active, click the OnChain Radar menu bar icon, open Settings, and click "Restore purchase". Make sure you're signed into the Mac App Store with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
To cancel or change your subscription, open System Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancelling, Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No signals showing up
OnChain Radar polls live blockchain data. If the feed looks empty, check that:
- at least one feed (Liquidations, Big Positions, BTC Flow, etc.) is toggled on in Settings,
- your thresholds aren't set so high that no events qualify — try lowering them temporarily to confirm the feed is working, and
- your Mac has an active internet connection.
Notifications not appearing
OnChain Radar sends macOS system notifications. If they aren't appearing, go to System Settings → Notifications → OnChain Radar and make sure notifications are allowed. Also confirm that "Notifications" is enabled inside the app's Settings panel.
Launch at login
You can toggle launch-at-login from the Settings panel inside the app. When enabled, OnChain Radar registers itself with macOS Login Items so it starts automatically when you log in. You can also manage this from System Settings → General → Login Items.
Your data
All your preferences — which feeds are on, threshold values, notification settings — are stored locally on your Mac. Deleting the app removes this data. OnChain Radar does not sync settings to any cloud service.
